Thanks for the comprehensive report on the Roma match Paul. I saw only brief highlights but enough to give me some confidence that I too believe we can do ok this season. I also thought that our late friend Dai Woosnam would have been very happy with some of the direct play and better crosses. But of course it was just a friendly. Thanks too for crediting me with the Jack Moylan “exclusive” but my friendly imps supporter did get something wrong when he described Moylan as a striker. My pal is a distant fan who lives just over the border from me in Devon and I think he assumed he was a striker from the number of goals he scored. Moylan could be a good acquisition for us but I do feel a tad sorry for Lincoln in losing their best player for a relatively low fee. Looking forward to the start of the season – perhaps it will bring us some much needed rain!
