Another quiz on upcoming opponents, the answers will be posted on here tomorrow.
60s. Perhaps surprisingly, this defender’s career didn’t hit many peaks, but he served Millwall well during a successful spell in their history. He never got to play league football for a club close to his north eastern birthplace and started at a place with a famous 1.6 kilometres, before moving a long way to play for blue inhabitants of Frodda’s Farm. Millwall was his next stop before another transfer, which was, seemingly, more due to his second job (he was also a PE teacher) led to him dropping into non league football to play for a place known for its bad manners. Six months later, he was off to play for cats in the motor city before returning to London to play for local rivals of Millwall’s – who am I describing?
70s. Which player made his only appearance for City against Millwall six years before he signed for us?
80s. A member of a Millwall side who were, eventually, the victims of a mild case of giant killing in something of a marathon tie at the hands of the City during this decade, he was born in an exotic location for someone who played at Cold Blow Lane. His move to Millwall could be said to have seen him making a switch from Queen to King after giving long service to a club for whom he was once their youngest league debutante. He played some First Division football with Millwall before moving on to the Theatre of Greens for a couple of years during which he went all posh for a one game loan stay, before he finished his career with Landae – since finishing playing he has worked as a journalist often covering one of his former clubs, but who is he..

00s. There can’t be many Millwall players like this one who turned out for them against us at Ninian Park during this decade.
10s. The last Millwall side to lose at Cardiff City Stadium contained three past or future City players, can you name them?
