60’s. All three sides were relegated from the top flight in a season where they were also beaten FA Cup Finalists.
70’s. Peter Grotier – he played a couple of games on loan from West Ham for us in 73/74 before signing permanently in 79/80.
80’s. It was the only occasion during that time that City had played home league matches on consecutive days – Swansea were beaten 1-0 on the Easter Monday afternoon and then we played Leicester the following evening.
