    GOOD ASSESMENT AS ALWAY
It was inevitable that Hovarth would be mocked by the Swansea supporters and yet (as you predicted)would still be in the team at Swansea. As I’ve commented before, he scares me when a ball comes towards him and he decides to bring it under control with his foot prior to kicking it well up away immediately. I think the problem rises because he tries to control the ball by putting the bottom of his foot on the ball. This has several dangers, primarily because it can be difficult to bring his foot down at the exact moment as he looks down. If he were to control the ball with his foot on the ground and held at a slight angle, the result might be better.

Cardiff’s goal was one of the best in recent times because it arose from an element of creativity. I’m with you on the assessment of Daland. Also, the element of greater speed going forward when he took into the position Ramsey had been filling, and a run from Tanner going at speed forwards not back was a delight. All in all, by the end of the game I felt Cardiff are on the up and up.
