    Until we get some decent leaders in our Club we will continue in this form. Very disappointed to hear Slade slagging off Ole and blaming him for the current state state of affairs. Should this behaviour continue I am sure the current squad will get totally demoralised. Slade must quickly learn from this own goal and keep his comments in house at all times. Players must be treated with respect at all times even if they are not involved in future plans.
    The message to Slade is simple stop this nonsense and display strong leadership before it’s too late.

    Thank you Robert – Al, I can’t agree with you about the squad getting demoralised by Slade telling them how it is about Ole who I’m afraid is right up there with the worst managers I’ve seen at the club – if they are going to be demoralised, I’d say it’s more likely to be because of the shambolic nature of the club at the moment.

    I agree with you about the need for leaders though – we could do with bringing in about three of them.

    o mr tan please please do not make anorther big mistake by letting mr slade take us into the january transfer window.we can all see him and his backroom staff havnt got a clue.you go on you want respect from us fans you r close to being a hero,TWO THINKS YOU NEED TO DO SWALLOW YOUR IDEA OF US PLAYING IN RED GIVE US OUR BLUE KI BACK. AND INSTATE MR PULIS AS MANAGER BEFORE ITS TO LATE
