A replacement for Paul Parry arrives.

CoymayCity today announced the loan signing for the season of Manchester City winger cum striker Kelvin Etuhu. With the blurb that accompanied the signing claiming that Premiership teams Portsmouth and Wolves were interested in signing Etuhu for the season and Man City, apparently, insisting that he had to sign an extension to his contract with them before he would be allowed to leave, it sounds like City have got a decent player in their hands, but I was saying much the same sort of thing about Eddie Johnson this time last year!

_44303291_etuhu_getty416That said, the Man City fans seem to rate our new signing and he will be able to play in all of our cup ties this season unless they involve games against his club – Etuhu goes straight into the City squad for tomorrow’s eagerly anticipated clash with Bristol City and I assume he will start the game on the bench.
