Just a few words to offer condolences to the family and friends of John Crooks, a long time fan of the club – the second match he saw was the 9- 1 thrashing at Ninian Park by Wolves in 1955.
The Official History of the Bluebirds - the best Cardiff City book ever, bar none.
John was responsible for writing a Chronology of the club in the mid 80’s which he quickly followed up with a very good Who’s Who of City players and then the Official History of the Bluebirds in 1992 – all three should be required reading for any City fan.
