    In view of the fact that the first team have started to struggle for goals, this game did little to offer any prospect of that problem being solved in the near future.
    It was strange how in the first half we struggled to get a decent cross into the box but how after half time a succession of well struck crosses from the by-line created a lot of opportunities, a number of which should have led to at least a couple of goals.
    Hopefully, more game time at this level will sharpen up the finishing of players such as Bogle and Obi.

    I agree with you Clive, I don’t think the answer to our goalscoring problems was on show on Monday. That said, Bogle’s finishing for his goals against Ipswich and Norwich in particular was very good – I think he is yet another one who has had fitness issues recently.
