Way too young to remember this (I was born 3 days earlier) but Roger Hansbury is one of my favourite ex players.

So that match was the first of your life time then Phil – mine was City 1 Blackpool 0 in the old Division 1 on 11/2/56.

My main memory now of the Welsh Cup Final of 1992 against Hednesford at the Millennium Stadium is of Roger Hansbury doing that diving thing as City fans sang his name after the game – he wasn’t up there with the best City keepers I’ve seen, but he was one of the better ones we had during the time we spent in the lower divisions.
